Every year Global Search Innovations visits the universities and goes on extensive advertising campaigns at the various universities on behalf of niche clients:

Individuals with excellent academic results.
Undergraduates or postgraduates in Engineering, Commerce and Science.
Individuals who stand out with outstanding communication skills, personality and leadership qualities.

How We Handle the Recruitment Process

Global Search Innovations will interview the graduate placing specific emphasis on their academic results  where the original certificates are verified.

We concentrate during this process in also viewing the graduate in terms of their leadership qualities, their ability to communicate, their people skills and very importantly their career aspirations and try to give them guidance in terms of making career choices.

Some of our clients will put the graduates through an assessment day where they are involved in interviews, case studies, presentations, etc. We are actively involved in helping our graduates prepare for their assessment day.

The sourcing and placing of outstanding young graduates particularly our BEE graduates, has been and will continue to be a core area of our business as we believe that these young graduates are the key to the future of business in South Africa.
